Everything you need to know to make the most of your AI career counseling journey.
This platform is an AI-powered career platform built for Malaysian students and fresh graduates. It turns your education, work experience, and skills — whether typed in by hand or pulled from your resume — into one verifiedSkill Passport, then uses it to score how ready you are for a target role, match you to real, live job postings, and build you a personalized learning plan for anything you're missing.
Everything works together: update something in your profile once, and it carries through everywhere else in the app — your Skill Passport, your role match score, and the jobs and courses you're shown.
A language switcher is available in the top-right corner of every screen, including before you log in — pick English or Malay anytime. The same control lives in Settings once you're signed in.
ClickBuild My skill Passport on the landing page hero. This takes you straight to registration — there's no separate "Sign Up" button in the nav bar, onlySign In, for people who already have an account.
There's no "Full Name" field at sign-up — your name is captured later, either from your resume or in Profile Setup. The form also checks your email live as you type; if an account already exists for it, you'll see a link straight to Sign In.
Right after you create your account, you land on a "Check your inbox" screen. This is a verificationlink — not a code. There's nothing to type on this screen.
Didn't get the email? Use "Resend link" on the "Check your inbox" screen, or the "Resend email verification link" option that appears if you try to sign in before verifying.
Profile Setup is a 4 stages — About You, Education, Career, and Preferences. A progress bar at the top tracks how much is complete.
Every step gives you the option to upload a PDF or DOCX resume instead of typing. Do this on Step 1, before filling in anything by hand — it prefills every field it can find across all 4 steps at once, leaving you to fill in only what it couldn't find on the Review page at the end.
After a short extraction animation, you'll see an "Extraction Complete" summary — a quick count of what it found (profile info, skills, work experience, and education). ClickContinue to Review to see the full details and fill in anything it couldn't find.
"Continue to Review" takes you to a Review page with its own tabs: Skills, Projects, Certifications, Career Aspirations, Who are you, Education, and Work preferences.
After you click Confirm Profile, the app takes a few seconds to pull everything you entered into one place called your Skill Passport. You'll see a short animation while it works — there's nothing you need to do here except wait.
Once it's done, you'll land on the Skill Passport page, where every skill you added is sorted into one of three groups, based on how well it's backed up:
This Skill Passport becomes your profile everywhere else in the app — the roles it recommends and the jobs it matches you to are compared against what's confirmed here, so it's worth a quick check before confirming.
Right after your Skill Passport is confirmed, you're shown a list of real job titles, scored against the skills you just confirmed. You can search by keyword, filter by category, and sort by Best fit or A–Z.
One role is already marked "Primary" — this is a starting guess based on your resume and profile, not something you're locked into.
You don't have to decide this now — the page itself says you can skip ahead and set or change your target role anytime later from your dashboard. When you're ready, clickContinue to your Dashboard to finish Setup.
Left Setup partway through? Next time you open it, a "Restore your progress?" banner lets you pick up where you left off (Restore Session) or start fresh (Start Over).
Where you land after signing in depends on how far along your profile is: an unfinished Profile Setup sends you back into it; a completed intake with an unconfirmed Skill Passport prompts you to review it; no target role yet asks you to pick one; otherwise you go straight to your dashboard.
This is where you land right after Setup — a home base showing your career readiness at a glance, plus the six tabs down the left side, covered one by one below.
This is the first thing you see when you sign in. At the top you'll find your name, your current target role, your industry and location, and a circular gauge showing how complete your profile is.
Right below that, a "what to do next" banner changes depending on where you are:
Once you have a target role, this card fills in with a live salary benchmark for that role, the number of active job postings for it (pulled from JobStreet, Maukerja, and Indeed), and your saved location and industry preferences.
Three small preview cards at the bottom mirror what's on the Role Fit, Job Market, and Learning Plan tabs — your current fit score, your live posting count, and how many steps you've completed. Click any of them to jump straight to that tab.
This is the full, ongoing view of everything backing your skills, split across four of its own tabs: Overview, Skills Matrix, Experience, and Credentials.
A banner at the top stays the same across all four tabs: your name, your target role (if set), your contact info, and any LinkedIn, GitHub, or Portfolio links you've added. Next to it, a circular gauge shows "Role Readiness" once you have a target role, or "Profile Strength" before that.
Every skill you have is sorted into one of three groups:
This tab is for reviewing what you already have and adjusting proficiency. To add a brand-new skill or remove one entirely, use Settings > Profile > Skills & Tools (covered in Section 6).
Both tabs are for reviewing only. To add or edit a job, a degree, or a credential, use Settings > Profile (covered in Section 6).
Browse real job titles, scored in real time against your Skill Passport, and use this page to set or change your primary and adjacent target roles whenever you want.
A role can only be your primary or your adjacent target, never both at once.
A detailed readiness report for your target role, scored against your Skill Passport. If you haven't set any target role yet, this page just prompts you to go set one in Explore Careers.
Two things can stop scoring: "Skill Passport Empty" means you need to add skills first. "Could Not Score Occupation" means that specific role isn't in the system yet — try a different one in Explore Careers.
A step-by-step roadmap of courses and practical projects, built to close your essential skill gaps for a target role.
The top shows the role, the match % you had when the plan was generated, and a progress gauge. A "Freeze Progress" button locks the plan read-only, which you can undo anytime with "Unfreeze."
Below that, each step lists which skill it closes, a matched course (or a note that none has been found yet), and a suggested practical project. A checkbox lets you mark a step done, though this is disabled while the plan is frozen.
Real, live job postings pulled from three Malaysian job sites — Maukerja, JobStreet, and Indeed — each one matched against your Skill Passport.
Each card shows the job title, company, a match badge, location, job type, and salary, and up to 3 of your skills it recognizes in the posting. Click a card to open the full listing.
The full listing page looks a little different depending on which site it came from (e.g. a rating for Indeed, a business registration number and "Partner Since" year for JobStreet, a live-chat indicator for Maukerja), but it always ends with a way to apply or open the original posting.
Click your avatar icon in the top-right corner of any dashboard page to open a small card with:
This is where you add and edit everything about your profile, split across seven tabs of its own. A live Profile Completeness bar at the top updates as you fill things in.
You don't need to do anything extra after saving — changes sync automatically across your Skill Passport and role matches.
Pick English or Malay. The change applies instantly across the whole app, no reload needed, and is remembered the next time you sign in.
Enter your current password, then a new password and confirm it (minimum 8 characters), and click Update.
