We collect the profile information you provide directly (name, contact details, domain, seniority, career goals, and the domain/seniority-specific details you answer) and, if you upload a resume, the data our AI extracts from it — you review and confirm every extracted field before it's saved. We also store your Skill Passport data (skills, verification status, confidence, and any evidence cited) and your conversation history with the AI counselor to provide continuity across sessions.
Your profile, resume, Skill Passport, and session data are used solely to power your personalized career counseling experience — building your career roadmap, tailoring guidance to your domain and goals, tracking skill growth over time, and remembering context between sessions. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You can review and edit your profile at any time from Settings, including confirming or disputing AI-assessed skill levels, and you can request account deletion, which removes your stored profile, resumes, Skill Passport data, and session history.
